Sweet Egyptian rice pudding | ROZ BIL LABAN, The easiest and fastest rice pudding in the Egyptian way
Rice pudding or rice pudding is one of the most famous types of sweets in Egypt and the Levant countries, and rice pudding is often eaten in the winter as a hot or cold dessert as well. This version of rice and milk is considered. Cream or cream chantilly.
How to make rice pudding:
In the beginning, the rice is washed once, then it is placed in a cooking pot, 2 cups of water are added to it, and it is left to cook on a stove until it is level and all the water is absorbed, then 1 liter of whole milk and half a cup of sugar is added to it and cooked for 5 minutes with continuous stirring.
In another bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of starch with an appropriate amount of milk or water, then add to the mixture and stir constantly. Add to that 3 tablespoons of cream, and here I used Almarai cream, and stir the mixture for 5 minutes constantly so that the mixture does not stick to the cooker.
Finally, vanilla or rose water is added, then poured into serving dishes and cooled for at least 3 hours, then decorated with coconut, raisins, cinnamon or nuts and served cold.
Rice pudding ingredients:
Half a cup of Egyptian rice
1 liter full fat milk
Half a cup of sugar
3 spoons of starch
3 tablespoons of cream
A teaspoon of vanilla
