Water oil dough: 300 grams of all-purpose flour, 30 grams of sugar, 160 grams of water, and 50 grams of lard. Knead it to be smooth and let it loose for 1 hour, 2:49
Pastry: 100 grams of corn oil and 100 grams of all-purpose flour. Heat the oil to be hot and then turn out the heat. Add the flour in it. Stir it to be even and keep it till cool, 3:25,
• Start frying as soon as we finish making the flatbread. Turn on the electrical baking pan and keep it on high heat on both sides. Add a bit more of oil in it and then put the raw flatbread in it. Fry them till one side gets colored, then fry the other side. Fry the flatbread till both sides are golden and crispy. In total we fry it for about 15 mins.
