Ingredients:
4 cups of sweet potatoes
1/2 stick of melted butter
1 cup of white sugar
1/2 cup of brown sugar (optional)
Dash of salt
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp of lemon juice
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/4 tsp of nutmeg
2 eggs beaten
Cut potatoes and boil until fork tender.
Brown Sugar Pecan Crumble
1/2 stick of cold butter
1/4 all purpose flour
1 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of white sugar
1/4 cup of pecans ( can use up to 1 cup)
Pulse butter and flour together until crumbly. Add in sugar and pecans and pulse until crumble forms.
