This is an easy, gluten-free pancake/roti/thalipith made using sweet potato also called Ratale in Marathi. I have used bhagar/sama rice/varai flour as that is widely used in Maharastra during fasts. But you can replace this with any other millet flour.
Ingredients:
Sweet Potato/Ratale - 2 medium-sized
Roasted Peanut Powder - 3 tbsp
Bhagar/Varai/Sama Rice powder - 2 tbsp
Cilantro/Coriander - 3 tbsp
Green chili - 1
Crushed cumin - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
