I just discovered these sweet potatoes. My gawd! They’re wonderful raw! Better than an apple. Just looking for ways to cook them. Thanks for these recipes 😋

I made takikomi gohan as a simple dinner tonight: easy and delicious! I had never had the purple skinned sweet potato before. I’ll have the remainder with Korean fish cakes for lunch tomorrow. I love your recipes, they’re quick, easy and authentic. Especially love the recipes in less than a minute. Cheers from Melbourne AU.

Thanks so much for saying so! I really appreciate that! Glad you enjoy the recipes! Leftover takikomi gohan also makes for good onigiri too. 🍙

I used Jasmine rice for the Takikomi Gohan which was probably the wrong call haha...but I still enjoyed it! I'd love to try the Daigaku Imo but I'm out of potatoes...

Oh no! Hope you try takikomi gohan with short grain next time!! But glad the taste was still good! And hope you like the daigaku-imo (when you get more potatoes)! 😊
