Rice flour-2cup
grated coconut - 1 1/2 cup
ghee - 1 or 2 st
salt - 1or 2 tbsp
Method
First, we have to collect fresh jackfruit leaves and set them aside.
Then placed a steamer on fire, added some water and boiled them well.
Then grated coconut and set aside.
Wash the jackfruit leaves, drain and keep them aside.
Grate the jaggery with a knife and set it aside.
Take jackfruit leaves, make a cone, and prick it with a coconut leaf steam or toothpick.
Then remove the hot water from the steamer and set it aside.
Take a bowl, add rice flour, salt and ghee, mix them well.
Then add a little by little amount of hot water and mix them well.
To make a smooth dough It should not be too thick or too loose.
Add water if necessary or if the dough is too thick.
Heat a pan, add jaggery and water, mix and boil them well.
The jaggary is carefully mixed and diluted, then added to garted coconut.
Combine them well and cook for a few seconds.
remove from heat and transfer to a plate for cooling.
Again, heat the water in the steamer, place the steamer plate, cover, and boil it well.
Then take the corns and fill the prepared cones with the dough, and in the middle of the corn to make a finger gapspace.
Then fill the gap with jaggary mix, cover the top with dough, and set aside.
Then repeat the same procedure on the balanced dough.
Place the corn in a steamer. Steam the rice dumplings for 10-12 minutes.
Once it is ready, remove it from the steamer and set it aside.
Serve the tasty sweet rice dumplings with tea or coffee.
