High level cooking wine or vodka
Fish sauce
Sugar
Msg
Galangal
Garlic
Chili
Fresh shrimp clean and deveined and marinade in cooking wine and let it air dry
Put fish sauce in a pot with sugar and bring to a boil.
Let it cool down then add crushed garlic, galangal and chili into the sauce. Want to enhance the flavor abit just put some msg in.
Bring the shrimp and put it in the jar and pour the sauce in. Leave it at room temperature for 2 cooks to let it fermented.
