It is an excellent dessert that was very liked by those who treated it. The ingredients for the cream are a) Half a kilo of sugar. That's 2 cups. b) 2 cups of coarse semolina. It is about 400g. c) 1 teaspoon of prepared, ground mastic. d) 6 cups of water. It is 1½ liters. The ingredients for the syrup are a) 1½ cups water. It is 375 ml of water. b) 1 cup of sugar. It is 250g, c) 60 cloves, d) 2 cinnamon sticks, e) One spoon of lemon juice, about 10 ml. I will use a package of baklava puff pastry. It is 450g and has 14 leaves inside. To coat the leaves I will need almost 2 cups of seed oil. It's almost half a litre. I will also use 2 teaspoons of baking powder. #MEchatzimike
