I struggled with acne from the age of 14 to 35. Thought it was never going to go away. Can’t even begin to describe how it negatively impacted my life over those years. No matter what prescription or method just couldn’t seem to conquer it. Until recently this past 3 months I completely changed my dieting habits. Everything I eat is a single ingredient, raw, whole and perishable item. My skin looks like I had always hoped it would. I struggled with eczema and atopic dermatitis as well as psoriasis. All gone…. If anyone is reading this and has a similar problem, make the change. I’ve also gone from 203 lbs to 178 and can do more of, and better at the things I love to do in life. I don’t miss drive throughs, my pursuant behavior of food and the time demands around obtaining it through what felt like food addiction. I could go in a on about the improvements in mood and sleep as well. Never turning back.

It's quite impossible that they would be using pure olive oil. More likely using "olive oil" labeled bottles that contain minimum actual olive oil enough to get pass regulations adulterated with seed oils. Which is basically 99% of the "olive oil" in USA supermarkets. I've yet to find olive oils in rectangular metal cans from spain, greece or italy in anywhere but the most specialized USA food stores. (Which are pretty much readily available in any mom and pop shop in greece spain italy)
