Shocking the amount of people complaining that there aren't videos for every single day. This entire project as it is is a huge undertaking, and they only received the funding on kickstarter for 4 videos a week, which are being professionally edited by people they have to pay. For the folk complaining: had you actually funded the kickstarter you might have got your wish. Instead, we should respect the enormity of what Geoff, Vicki and the All The Stations team are doing. Keep it up guys! :)

GUYS.. they ARE filming every day. they are only doing 4 professionally edited videos a week. Geoff's channel has got some extra content. I think they've probably got lots of footage that can be made into additional videos at a later date. Don't be getting passive aggressive with them. Despite looking all serene and light-hearted, they're working HARD to bring you all the content time and funding allows.

[Edit: okay understand now, it's too costly to put several days into one video!] Totally get this, but you can see how many many people are asking about days 6-8... so my query was why not combine several days into one? It appears (but maybe incorrectly?!) that we are getting a single few days not an overview?? So maybe the person's suggestion somewhere that said call it "episode 1, 2, etc" is a good one? That is, calling it "Day 2" "Day 5" then the follow up is "Day 9" is simply confusing (as evidenced by curious comments). Hope that makes some sense!

Thanks for ending the day at my adopted station. It was the first British Rail Station I ever set foot in, way back in the early 1980's. After a long flight from Los Angeles, in a British Air Tours L-1011! For someone who grew up in the dark days of early Amtrak, seeing and riding on Brit Rail was akin to reaching an oasis after a long march through the desert! Of course Gatwick was just the preview of things to come upon reaching Victoria Station! I am a proud supporter of All the Stations, albeit slightly jealous that I cannot tag along for a day! Keep up the great work! Sincerely, Stephen Mauger, Phoenix, Arizona!!

Falmer can be an unusually busy station, not just because of the football stadium on one side, but with the University of Sussex on the other. On matchday weekends you have both football fans coming in and students leaving for home using that station, so can be quite hectic!

Three Bridges was my local station for many years before I moved to Kent, it's improved a lot since I moved, with virtually all Thameslink trains calling there now. Get a fucking grip, people. This is a momentous task! The Kickstarter target reached was for four professionally produced videos a week, and that's what you'll get. There has been a whole host of other stuff - Periscope, Facebook Live, hundreds of tweets, hundreds of photos on Instagram, extra content on Geoff's feed. Those of you complaining about "missing days" and not being sure that every station has been done can do one quite frankly!

Well, they were never promised that and the reaction has been ridiculous, frankly. The team have taken and editorial decision based on the funding they have recieved. All the stations. Minus Newhaven Marine. To be honest I was sucked in to this video by the title, and I was hoping for a bit where a train would reverse direction to continue its journey. I know the Guildford-Ascot service does that at Aldershot, and of course the Hiram Bingham line (in Peru between Cusco and Machu Picchu) does a double switchback in order to wend its way down the side of a mountain, but how common are they in general, and in the UK in particular?

Anyone knows why there seems to be a preference to foot bridges to underpasses on British railways (and their former colonies)? OK, you have high platforms, but especially when the station is on an embankment, it seems a bit strange to have an overpass, rather than an underpass in e.g. Belfast Yorkgate (It is a NIRailways exemple that springs to mind, but I'm sure someone can come up with other exemples in England).
