One of the things I love about Ola is that he is a music fan and not a rock star: he goes to concerts and enjoys them like anyone else, gets nervous when he plays with his idols (Petrucci...), remains humble when they remind him that he is a fantastic guitar player... Keep up the good work mate!

When we were teens in the 80s, we just got the official patches for every band and sewed/ironed them onto everything. My best friend had a Levis jeans jacket with every badass metal band of the 80s on it. The Big 4 and people like Ozzy, Dio, ACDC were large patches, and little ones for bands like Accept, Anvil, Savatage, Scorpions etc. that you liked, but didn't listen to as much. Even today, that's going to be way cheaper to make, and the band's logos will be official.

The worst toxic event i can recall in metal was when a member of Nuclear Hellfrost desecrated Dimebag's grave. What a POS! No, we will never forgive or forget.
@stofosaurus
8 ай бұрын
It took me one minute to find this from the Blabbermouth website. The "desecration" was a hoax. Statement from the band: "The posts about us and to us are a complete surprise to us. Anything having to do with grave desecration was entirely a hoax put on by our former lead singer completely disconnected from the other members of the band. If you see Dimebag's grave, you can see there is nothing carved into his grave, the only thing that exists is a photo of a piece of paper posted by the former member. We are strongly against any sort of homophobia, racism, or outright disrespect for a human being. We have nothing but the utmost respect for Dimebag, and this is a misguided political publicity stunt that we were dragged into by a former member with an awful sense of humor. NUCLEAR HELLFROST as a band would like to apologize on this former member's behalf to not only Dimebag's fans, but most importantly his family. Again, the members of NUCLEAR HELLFROST had absolutely ZERO actual involvement in any of the alleged actions described by our former singer. Again, nothing but respect to Dimebag as a human being and condolences to his family. These are fabricated and contrived allegations on the Internet that never happened in real life." Believing everything you read on the internet is just plain idiotic. The internet has been available to the public for around 30 years so people should know this by now.
