I catch a lot of kings in the harbour from my boat, most are caught on live prawns. I never use a sinker.

no sinker bro. Arkan and I used different method, he's on the bottom with sinker mine on surface. on the surface didn't work this time since the leather jacket attacked my squid and died. However Arkan's one on the bottom got couple hook ups

it could bro, but from what I've seen, jewfish/big flathead and some sharks would take the bait. If you after kingfish, live bait prawn/yakka would work best

Bread mostly we used for burley by mixing it with water and catching yakka with Sabiki. But I've seen people in Botany Bay catching them with bread (shaping them like oval shape on the small hook) and burley at the same time.

@@SunnyFishingAdventureNo sinker, the bait needs to appear natural in the water. Quite often the kings will be mid water or the surface. Hope this helps brother.

@@daniplayz7913 any wharfs are good for soft plastic bro(make sure it has sign you can fish). There were many other KZitemrs including myself caught king and other pelagic around the wharfs in the harbour. The pelagics never stays in 1 places.

@@robd5739 Yes. What happens when a easty fish swims a hundred metres west. Or vice versa. Even the water down Silverwater way is much cleaner. The tidal influence around the Bridge and beyond is very strong. Don’t worry you got no worries about polluted fish
