General method for solving systems of general equations of the second degree with two variables. The method consists of eliminating independent terms and solving the resulting equation by factoring a trinomial or by means of the general formula of the second degree, and after this, substitute, simplify and solve the resulting equation, all explained step by step. This system can be interpreted as the way to calculate the intersection of two conics rotated in the plane (circumference, ellipse, parabola or hyperbola), for which a solution, two solutions, three solutions or up to four solutions can be obtained.
