Happy New Year to you and yr family! Gung hei fat choy! My family also makes tee doi and other Hoisan specialties for new year. We use lotus seed paste or chopped peanuts, sugar and coconut for the tee doi filling. Another favorite is gai lung (hom sui gok). Does yr Mom make those and can you do a vdo on it?
