材料: 2个鸡腿,9个香茅,2个红葱头,7瓣大蒜,2个小米椒,3个香菜根,一把疯甘叶
1)鸡腿肉去皮去骨再切成小块
2)香茅切小段,红葱头切成小块,大蒜对半切开,香菜根切碎,全部放入搅碎机,再加入50毫升清水搅碎
3)搅碎的材料倒在鸡肉上,疯甘叶剪成小片,然后抓拌均匀
4)放入蒸锅里,盖上盖子开大火蒸8分钟就可以出锅啦
