This is good. Does the ackerman theory come into play when you set up your Steering spindles to the front? Also, what guage tubing did you use? Looking forward to your next video. Thanks.

When it comes to my Kart building, I have used both front and back setups on my spindles have had no performance problems, plus there just toys to me. Don't know much about the ackerman theory, looking in to it, looks like it's more for all wheel drive. And for material, I use what ever I can get that works, I do all my builds from imagination with inspiration of other vehicles as I go along. Hope this helps and thanks for the support. New video coming soon.

i was just thinking by watching your video's! what if you did the 2.0 version of this thing and made a double A arm for the front of this thing so that way it keep's the camber the the front tire's the same through out the whole suspension travel? just saying. seem's like the next way to go from here

Yes, a double a-arm would work a lot better, I realized that after I built it. but in all truth I built this just as a fun kart and it seems to work great for that. also when I do build another, I will do the a-arms the right way :)

Kawasaki FJ400D, costs more than a clone or predator motor but makes 12 hp full oil pressure fed, reliable and makes more torque than hondas, yamahas, of equivalent size.Used in alot of ezgo golf carts. Can run at 4000rpm all day

The shocks have about four inches of travel. I will be doing a test video on the whole kart when finished, before painting. Thanks! for the comment, and stay tuned in for future videos. and remember have fun with life. # make life fun
