Lucky man, you have a good collection of good old honest tools. What we have now is shit stuff not honestly made.

Good news is that the old school stuff can be had for bargain prices. Thank you.

@@BencoVintageMachineWorks because only few people know the worth, also times have changed a lot, most of the people are no more interested in in craftsmanship. Every thing is disposable, no one wants to keep a lifetime affiliation, even with each other what to talk of tools. Best of luck and happy life in your own Utopia as I noticed a rug also in the workshop 😀. Good bless you.

@tayyabsafdar7069 Thank you for the kind words. My friend brought that rug back from the Middle East back in the 70's. Its hand made. Best to you.

@@BencoVintageMachineWorks I have the same table saw, one 8” and a 10”. The 8” slips under load I’ve been trying different motor mounts/pulleys/belt styles. It came with the motor hanger setup where the weight of the motor provides the tension, where the 10” is mounted. Did you make the wheel?

@JasonGrace1 No...theres a number of wide pulleys available on ebay for hit miss / Flat belt engines that can be used. Duro did sell a specific pulley with their saws. My grandfather had one for 40 years and never had any problem. That was the first time I saw that setup, as a boy. The small flanges on the side of the pulley are what I would be looking for...
