Bonjour Denise Merci d'avoir regardé ma vidéo. Toujours mon huile maison est faite au gré de mes caprices et de mon aventure. L'huile d'olive, l'huile de sésame, l'huile de citron et le kérosène sont mélangés en fonction de l'huile usée utilisée pour les aliments frits. Je ne sais pas si ce mélange est correct !
