I tore my headliner in my 2005 Tacoma. I looked for a new one and guess what? They are discontinued. So even if you wanted one for $1200 you can't get one. So, I took it to an upholstery shop and they said it was no good. Said I needed to go to a salvage yard and find a used one(very difficult to find even on eBay). I got to looking at it and went to HD an bought some of the same fiberglass resin. THANK YOU for showing this and confirming it CAN be fixed. It really helps that you showed a technique for fixing it. Awesome job man. Doing mine tomorrow!!!!

I know it’s only been a few months. But how’s the headliner holding up?

@@KFloTacoma nice, I did it once before and the two little divots in the rear didn’t come out how I liked so I gotta do it again. We’ll see how it goes

Good luck bro, I learned afterwards to leave a little more material at the rear so that the material can stretch into those divets
