No wild elephants in Tadoba. They belong to forest department. They set them free in afternoon at MTDC lake.

Excellent video, very informative, which is the best gate to stay at in Tadoba. I did ask for a package last year, but they were too expensive for an individual. Is safari booking allowed for solo travellers.
@KIRANGHADGE
3 жыл бұрын
Moharli or Kolara is best place to stay, you can have option of multiple gates for safari. Lots of stay option, from luxury hotels to home stays. For single person safari, i guess its available if canter is going in. Otherwise you can book jeep, another option is to go with tour operators. Currently Tadoba is closed due to Pandemic, check forest department website before making any plans. 👍

Seriously it's uploaded 9months ago and I've just came across this documentary. How I was buffered? Anyway thses buffer zone are like our skin. That is of Forest, which protects the wildlife first hand .Missing those holiday home guest house and canteen in the middle of the forest. Used to know few DFO there as I used visit average once two months (1994 onwards till about 2000) Last I visted 4-5 years back. Sadly. Sure to visit soon TADOBA Calling!
