This is a new class drill. This video has a little bit of the break down to the routine. This covers the first 2 parts of the drill, it goes as follows:
8 counts: tairi
8 counts: varu
8 counts: double bump
8 counts: fa'arapu on count
repeat
8 counts: double bump (r), double bump (l), varu (r) varu (l) roll (r)
repeat 4 times
repeat facing 4 walls.
I'm sorry, when I dance I mirror my class, so if you mirror the video you'll be starting on your left, but in class we normally start on the right, but either way you're fine for practice.
