Ingredients:
1/4 tsp White pepper
1/2 tsp Five spice pepper
1 cup Soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar or monkfruit sweetener
1 tsp Soy sauce paste
1 cup fried shallot
2 cups water
1/4 cup rice wine
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp pork lard
Pork belly chopped into 1 inch chunks
4 cups glutinous rice*
Pre-boiled peanuts
-dried shiitake mushroom & soaking liquid
-Dried shrimp & soaking liquid
-bamboo leaves (washed, boiled and soaked in salt water)
Salted egg yolks
Fried taro
Mozzarella cheese (optional)
*soak these ingredients for an hour
