Love your videos! Just a tip after seeing a few. The music is great and sets a nice vibe but is a bit distracting. I think you could do with leaving it at the same volume up until you finish your intro and then turning it down a bit so we can hear you and your cooking a bit better. Hope this helps. I want your channel to grow because I’ve been looking to dive into Asian cuisine and this makes it seem very approachable!

My guy. Ive never heard of Rousong but it looks delicious and I just ordered some. I’m thinking about using it in my fried rice, good or bad idea? Will also be using it for my burritos which will no doubt be delicious. Thanks for the heads up

Ooh nice!! That sounds delicious! Yep it’s pretty salty, so anywhere that you can imagine adding a salty garnish is good. My favorite is a bit of soft tofu with some soy sauce, or a bowl of rice porridge, but definitely get creative!
