Dr. Berg, I love ACV and have been taking it for years. I usually only do 1 glass a day with a Tbs in water. I sometimes do 2 glasses. It’s addictive…love it. I have always wondered if too much might cause problems but according to you, it doesn’t. I would think too much might be hard on the kidneys, organs, etc., and also might keep some organs from doing their job b/c ACV is doing it for them. I’m going to start adding it to more things since hearing this. I am thankfully very healthy and fit. So grateful as always for your great info! Oh & I have always used Braggs so I’m going to check my bottle for added water 😮& maybe change to your suggested Organic Fairchild. Thanks!

@@kimberlyorgill5962 No refined carbs at all, ie cakes, pastry, pizza, fast food, crumbed food, bread, cereal, oatmeal etc. and limit low carb fruits and veg. Lots of fish and meat. A carnivore diet will actually improve your diabetes type 1 or 2 or prediabetes or just insulin resistance, and may even heal it altogether. Take 1-2Tbsp ACV diluted in a big glass of water on waking, or before your biggest meal of the day. Dr Berg recommends before bed, but you only need it once a day, more doesn’t make it work any better. You may want to try kefir or filmjolk which are drinkable fermented milks full of probiotics to help clean your inners of stuck glucose and insulin that remain in your body doing you no good at all and making you carry extra weight 😊

I love ACV but now I'm not sure if I should use it anymore. My blood sugar/insulin levels are always on the low side made even worse by exercise, being physically active all day & eating 1 meal a day. Those levels can get so low that if I stand up too fast, I get weak & it feels like I'm going to blackout. I wish the Dr would also address his wisdom on how it effects on people with normally low blood sugar/insulin levels, it's not always a heathy thing to lower them.

For many years I was getting *CHRONIC* stomach aches ~ 2-4 times a year. I tried a lot of things but finally tried imbibing some ACV when I was getting that 'feeling' that my stomach was soon going to give me one hell of a time. The ACV staves off the pain event *completely* every-single-time. I haven't had virtually *any* stomach ache events for over 5 years now... thank God. Personally I think that I may have had diverticulitis and/or a raised amount of H-Pylori bacteria going on. I don't take ACV 'regularly' but I do take it from time to time. I believe Eric is right though... we should probably be taking it every day/night. I'd like to give you (Eric) a BIG thank you as you have virtually 'fixed' 2 or 3 of my health problems!!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

But now as i read your comment i think about gently forcing my self to drink it before my first meal+coffee. Every morning, I do a little tonic of ACV, turmeric, cayenne, in lemon water and it really is the best way to start the day, especially because I exercise first thing in the morning. I also practice a 20:4 fasting protocol so usually by 6, I'll have just the acv and lemon water before my last meal, 2-3 hours before bed so I'm not up using the bathroom too much. Definitely a phenomenal shift.

Nice Dr Berg. I mix ACV with aloe Vera juice ( I get non-bitter version where I live) at a ratio of 1:1. Then I use the mixture for various things from mixing it with water for my consumption, chickens, goats and dogs. My animals hardly get ill if I consistently give them the mixture each week. Usually a tablespoon in a 10 litre bucket of water seems to do the trick. I apply it on my skin as a toner and drink it once a twice a day. I make my salad dressing with it too.

Hi Dr. Berg Your advise has changed my life. I’ve been doing keto and to a fair amount also IF for 2 years. And also ACV, a tablespoon 3 times a day. I’ve lost 22kg in that period and are now close to my ideal weight. I’m 63 years old and feel as I did 20 years ago. I don’t know what has been most effect full as I started all these things at the same time. But I’m surprised to learn that I probably can take a bit more ACV than I thought. On the other hand, 2 years ago too much stomach acid. I was a bit skeptical starting ACV as it’s by nature sour. I feared that my stomach problems would worsen but the opposite happened. No acid reflux anymore... Guess I will have to thy carefully to take a bit more ACV...😊👍
