' Why me ' this is the question I think everyone asks themselves when they are sick or going through any kind of problems. But beleive me it can happen with any one like sam said and when I was diagnosed with migraine I also asked that question to myself but this was my destiny and I am now on proper medication. When sam took break for a year she might be not doing films but she was entertaining us through Instagram and I really adore and appreciate her for her bravery. I am really in love with this series or u can say Sam's content creation, please don't stop it . Lots of love to u ❤❤❤

Since I was born I had slight stomach issues but it never got very bad. When I was 13 it started getting bad. I had muscle weakness, inflammation, chronic migraines and it just got worse and then I got diagnosed with depression and anxiety . We went to so many doctors everyone just said it’s in my head. At 14 I had a very very restricted diet and so many medicines for no reason. All my friends made fun of me. This continued for a while until I gave up and said I don’t care about my health. I ate bad food and I was in a bad space. I thought my life had ended. I’m 21 now and while my health hasn’t improved much it has improved a bit and I’ve started to take care of my food going to the gym and Sam I have to say it’s only because of you. Through the last year the one person who made me feel less alone who gave me comfort was you. And now with this podcast especially I feel like I wish someone told me all this when I was 13. Sam you don’t know how much you have done for me. It’s so inspiring to me. You are so strong I love you so much I hope I can be like you one day. Thank you so much 🫶❤️🥹

I feel like garbage when I have my period. *I want to ask her how she deals with hers?* I get so tired by Friday and love to sleep in on Saturdays! 😅😂 but this woman is on the go go go always! 🎉😍🤩🤩🥳🤩 *For next topic, can you ask her about periods and being on the go and how to be mentally strong?* *Pls like my comment so she sees this!!!*

Hi Sam, I know that u are strong minded. So, you overcome the desiese. U felt pain for one n half year. With strong will, you again return to shooting. But, if you know my case, I don't know your feeling. I was not mental patient initially. My pain lasts for long 18years. I was a software engineer 18years back. I made a s/w for our security force. I was then 34 years of age. I changed my job. In my next job, I was skeptic about my team bcos of their behavior. They didn't talk with me. One day, one of them searched my computer. I am not any dump person. I can easily understand that that person actually searched that s/w of my previous job at my second job. Probably they thought I stole the s/w n would give it to other. That s/w was very challenging for me. I brought little portion of it with me. I know that it is wrong. But, I have a question. What I have created, do I haven't any choice to take that with me? I know that company was the owner of the s/w. Actually, the security force was the owner. But, I don't bring the whole s/w as I was the leader though I had the chance. You are a creative person. You act in another's film. Can you tell me whether you have no chance to take a copy of your film though you are not the owner. One day, they asked me why I switched off my mobile. They followed me during my journey to my office. I shared it with my most intimate friend. He advised me to break up the team. I shared it with my parents. They said that I had to break out the team. I requested the project manager to release me. At first, they denied it. But, when I pressurized him,he released me not only from my team but also from the company. The gift of the making the s/w was my mental patient. Now, I am normal and any mental stress was over but I was jobless. I am elder than you. I saw janu, aa...a,the family man, Jasoda. I am frankly speaking that I am fan of your beauty n acting. But, at the same time, I must say that in many films, you didn't have any scope of challenging acting. I know your previous life. It was very painful. Can two painful minds be friends? Thank you,Sam.

Hey Sam, watching this episode made me really happy and good. I was diagnosed with SLE when I was 22yrs and now I'm 29..In this journey without proper diagnosis, proper treatment I had to go through alot of pain & sufferings. In the middle got to know that I had an overlap of 2 conditions, SLE overlapping scleroderma. From last 3yrs I found the right doctor & I'm taking treatment & recovering... Everything which u have told about ur experiences & pain in this episode, I felt it was a reflection of mine too. I saw a mirror of mine in u. Nobody around us can't feel/experience/understand the pain that we go through unless they go through it. Felt happy that I saw someone who is in the same boat as me could understand everything & spoke about wat all we go through 😊

I really resonate with your experience and thoughts. How genuine you are to put yourself out there without hypocrisy! I always look up to you as a person and your wonderfully authentic self. You are someone every middle-class person can see themselves in, especially considering the statement about operating from fear of failure and always feeling not good enough. Please don’t stop sharing your thoughts due to any of the haters out there. There are many people like me who wake up taking you as a role model. If I could ask, I’d love to hear your perception on meditation versus strength training, leading a simple life, being sportive, and not being impacted by anything or anyone. I’m usually not a big fan of social media posts and writing comments, but since you mentioned toward the end that you will read comments, hoping that this message will reach you.

Sam this episode is a little emotional & insightful on many levels because of the similarities I find & can easily relate to - 1) operating from fear 2) not being patient enough 3) not giving credit to oneself even if it's the smallest thing 4) not prioritising ourselves & our health before anything & anyone else. All of which I am trying to alter & find the better alternative which prices out to be the best one. Firstly, thank you Sam for doing this because the amount of impact you have already had on me through your previous is itself big what adds on with this podcast is the information/knowledge I am trying to inculcate & slowly but definitely trying to put it to work. Helping me as a student & an individual to learn things. Secondly, sending you all the love, strength, happiness & positivity your way because you deserve the best - the very best. Knowing you on many levels is like revealing each later of myself to ne because that's how much you have influenced & inspired me - all good. Like you put on your post that you feel like a warrior, yes you are a WARRIOR Sam, someone who fell but also gets back up, stands strong & grows bigger, bolder & better. Always remember that you are doing great in every aspect & are a wonderful human being - my darling queen I love you. Thirdly, Alkesh you have too been extremely generous & helpful through this journey of the podcast. And now learning more about how you have helped Sam is also going to help many others too. Thank you! Lastly, this series on autoimmunity has been useful & feels good to hear more about these things & Sam. Now I can't wait for the upcoming topics that would be discussed ( a few of them which Sam mentioned in a recent video) & learn so much again. Great going Sam & Alkesh. Extremely happy & proud with Take20 & everything y'all have achieved along the course. Keep doing the good work & touching lives. ❤❤❤ I would also like to see y'all touch upon topics like mental health, Pcos/Pcod, addictions & discuss about them. PS - sorry for such a long comment. Just penning down my love, admiration & respect for the 2 of you & your works.

You are being the voice for the voiceless. I am sure many people could relate themselves with you, those who went through the hardship all alone and made it a win. You have won million hearts being as an actress and now I’m pretty sure and proud you win many heart being as human. This is the first time I wanted to open to you more about why I love your courageous spirit and why I wanted to know more about how you made it like a rockstar . When I got eletrocuted 2 years before, I straightly went to work the next hour, considering the “hustle culture” .. *sorry trigger warning* I was burning alive with those peeled skin, wounded flesh and clogged blood on my all fingers yet I pretend “I am okay” infront of people. Days of crying, how am I going to survive with this extreme pain. I had to eat alone, i had to dress up the wound by myself . It was my first ever experience of how it looks like when life pulls you down all at time without help of anyone or atleast to vent it out to someone. I have only myself Sam. The scars are still there, all around my right finger and remember you said “ the scars made me more beautiful”? IT WAS PERSONAL FOR ME 😭 only later I embrace those scars on how I fought the battle all alone!!!! THAT’S WHY I BELIEVE UNIVERSE SENT YOU TO ME FOR A REASON!!! You were there for me, comforting me without having single idea. It was the nightmare days of my life, and I got you, “if Sam can do it, then I can” .. few months later I met accident, I shattered, it was so hard to recover from those trauma one after another. That’s why I always look up on you. You are the source of my strength and joy. The days I have spent praying for you health, the 30 days of taking vow being vegetarian only for you, eat clean, think good, never a day passed before sleeping to miss praying for you. You made me strong right? Shouldn’t I payback as thankfulness? So let my prayers do it from miles distance 🤍 I know if you are doing good there, I am sure I will do good here . When I look back all my happiness, it has always you being the ONLY reason behind it. Sam, I’ve made a promise to God, to make US meet & he made it, and as always for your good health and wellness, I’m on my second time of the vow for you. I don’t know, I see you as my most most favorite human first, your profession is secondary. I see myself in you, when you fall, I could feel the aching, when you rise , I could feel the warm. There are so so many similarities between you and me, dear Sam. That’s why i could relate alot. I love you so so much till the world ends or in another universe. They said “she did not give you anything why are you worshipping, I corrected them , i idolised her, she gives me happiness without her knowing and her speech pumped my energy to the highest point . Thankyou for existing my Samantha , as always “I SEE ME IN YOU, you are a part of me” 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 I love you alot … really alot ! 😭

When I was diagnosed with SLE I was just 16 year old at that time I never knew what this was I was very careless..but as days passed the table just turned around because the past 3 years(now I'm 21)were very horrible and it thought me what actually is SLE and the inflammations and the flareups I used to get are not easy to explain only those who have felt this can understand..I had a huge dream sam like you said..I was into sports but now I could barely walk for 100meters🙂...Somehow I'm now accepting the reality but the thing is no matter how much I try to fix my mental health but one thing that affects my mental health is that my family financial situation because my medical expenses my family is going through is huge....Now I have somehow fixing my mental health but the financial burden makes everything even worse🙂..But thanks for the motivation 🙂🙂

This episode goes top of other episodes. Bcz the individual who is going through health issues needs to know how to deal with it from gathering all the inner strength.....and being gratitude to your body for keeping you alive. And believing in that you deserve to be happy.

You should really be proud of what you are sam and what you are doing. Million thanks to you Sam and Alkesh for your podcast. It was indeed very insightful. I'm dealing with my own health issues on a daily basis. Your podcast was very helpful and it felt like someone was consoling me saying that it's going to be okay and that I can beat this.

Learnt a lot. What stuck with me was how subconsciously we associate our personal definition of succes with superficial things. We let our worth to be defined on it. Eye opener👐. Will be practicing gratitude journal from now on. I really didn't want the episode to end. Thank u for bringing this to us.Much love and strength to you Sam❤❤❤
