Wow, it’s been 7 months since my last video. It was so weird getting back in front of the camera, but I felt like I couldn’t start making new video’s before I told you why I left.
I’ve been dealing with what I think was a small burn-out, which triggered anxiety and hyperventilations to a point where my hands and mouth got all cramped up and I couldn’t talk anymore.
I wanted to make this video to tell you I’m back, tell you why I went away and most importantly to let people know who go through something similar to take a step back. Take care of your mental health. Wether you’re dealing with anxiety, loss, hyperventilations a burn-out. Please listen to your body.
I’m happy I did at an early stage and that I’m getting back to the ‘old me’ pretty quickly.
Thank you so much for you who sticked around. Also if you are going to something like this as well, let me know and let each other know so we can spread a little love. ❤️ Don’t be ashamed to tell someone if you are going through something like this. It can only make you stronger.
