Hi Ankur, Thank you for this amazing information. Just one thing, please keep the background music low in such videos as these videos are calculation oriented and the background noise hampers the attention. 50-30-20 rule is very near to what I heard, that according to Yidhishthir Maharaj (Senior most Pandav), a Grihastha (Householder) shall spent 50% on needs, 20% in savings, 20% on enjoyment & 10% in Charity. All responsible Grihasthas (Householders) shall spent 10% in charity, even according to genuine Ayurvedic Doctors. This is most important aspect of financial planning & financial planning shall start with this 10% charity. 🙏🙏🙏

Rule no.3 is totally wrong. 4% withdraw if ur earning 7% every year. If ur earning let say 14% yearly then u can withdraw 8%. This is very famous rule. This is called 7/4 rule. I m getting around 20% per annum return. That's why I withdraw 12% every year. So plz mention how much return with 4% withdrawal. That is 7%👌

Ankur, hi. I love your videos. Very very informative and you are an extremely charming and natural presenter. In this video you gotta explain me this calculation of corpus u have arrived at.There seems to be an inherent flaw in the calculation of arriving at the corpus of 1.25 cr in ur example. You have not factored in inflation. This doesn't add up to convey a realistic picture of the actual funds needed to last u for approx another 25 yrs. I am referring to ur 4% rule tip. Await clarity please :) Thanks !

Let me point out some fallacies regarding life insurance. As in the example given if somebody with 5 lakhs annual income insurers for 1.25 crores and dies immediately his family will get 1.25 crores and it may take care the needs of family. But if he survives he will get 1.25 crores after atleast 20 years. By then this amount will be devalued to 25 percent ie 25 lakhs. Besides he will have to shell out atleast 4 lakhs per year as premium.
