This sound is called the Takeoff Configuration Warning.
There are 5 conditions, because of which this warning may trigger
1: Taking off with Parking break Set.
2: Stablizer Trim out of takeoff range
3: Flaps not in the takeoff range.
4: Speed Break level is not in the down detent.
As far as flying on the flight simulator is concerned, if you have these 4 conditions met, You will not hear the takeoff configuration warning.
Just to add a little more knowledge on the subject. This warning along with the above 4 mentioned. Can also come for the following
5: If the Trailing Edgs flaps and Leading Edge flaps have a assymentry or a uncommanded motion. What this means is, You set your flaps for takeoff, and at the same time either leading edge or trailing edge flap panels, only few of them reach the commanded position and few either do not move or go beyond the commanded position.
6: Also if the ground spoiler control valve is providing HYD fluid to the spoilers. Which means that the spoilers should only get hyd fluid after landing for braking. But they are getting fluid during take off phase which can be unsafe.
Can this warning sound while we are in the air? Hmm good question. For that you will have to see the next video that explains this
