Mmmm, I am all for multiple exposures but I wouldn't end up with such flat looking image, no offense. The overall look of the image is as if it was mainly Flash that did the lighting. I would only use the "flash pass" for adding a fill light, but the main light sources I would keep dominant. As that lamp on the screen left, I would amp up that light on the wall and even on the ceiling. I would add another light source where the other lamp would be, to cast some light on the screen left bed area close to the camera. That floor is too flat light, I would add some reflection from the background, just a touch,. The crop is not the best, the way it cuts at the bottom of the bed, it needs to be wider in my view. If this was 16mm, I would go for at least 14mm and crop accordingly. I would even change the angle, not to be parallel with the bed, but rather a bit more to the side. But the point of this video is good, using multiple exposure settings and light setups to come up with enough range for everything.

Hey man, the settings are differnt between every situation its useless to know his settings cause they will vary depending on the scene, i recommend you learn the exposure triangle to expose properly
