I heard this on the golf channel and it helps me keep my left hand in charge. They said put left index finger over your right pinky. I do this and it is a simple thing to try with no ill effects if it doesn't work. Imo

Ok, so firstly take no other advice except that from your coach (including this advice😂) - but... when applying the right hand to the club after the left hand only drill have you tried not griping with the right hand but just pushing with a flat right palm for a few swings and then moving to a full two handed grip. Works for me.

Hi James, I am so excited to follow your progress. I have started to use the towel step drill. It was amazing how different the release feels now. All what I could see in your video was that you left knee still kicks in. Did you have had the same feeling, when you can manage it that the drive is much more in the line?

A feel that might aid with your center working forward with your shortgame is to keep your left shoulder lower than your right. When you react to your shots, you're doing it so much better. But your practice movements you often just sidebend and throw. You're getting so close. Have the same intention when youre going through your feels, they will translate more consistently I think your shortgame has been improving a LOT in recent few months. I hope youre starting to fall in love with the practice

The short game swing youre practicing (one handed etc) looks similar to Dan Grieves release 1 where you keep the chest moving around with butte of club staying around front side (towards target) of body while club head releases…assume its coincidence, or maybe im mixing up the 100’s of videos ive watched 🤷🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️👍🏼✌️

You still look stuck on some of these swings. You gotta turn on top of the ball instead of turning around it or you’re always gonna be stuck. I used to do exactly the same thing and I saw Cam Smith’s coach a few times and fixed it.

Id get skilled at playing the game and scoring its all very well having a great swing technically but that in itself doesn't guarantee success. When you go to final qualifying for the open the difference between the Tour players and the really good club pros is there approach shots are always a makable putt, whether they get it or not is another matter but they are genuine chances. The other thing they do well is they always get up and down. ALWAYS. The shot around the green to use is hit the ball off the toe on chips. The ball just dies. It's almost like placing the ball next to the flag once you learn it. Good luck. Enjoying the content

All this technique stuff is good but,, with your strenth & strike i wòuld just spend 8 hours every day within 70 yards of green. Look at Hubert Green, Bill Roģers, i could name A lot more, NOT great ball strikers,, Corey Pavin,Mike Reed,Cal in Peete,,etc etc. Its boring ,dull, tedious, lonely, but you wanna realise yer full potential thats what you gotta do.

@IG_Bananasgolf

in your lefthand only swing at 4:40 you are delaying underarm pronation a lot more compared to the swing coming right after with both hands where clearly the right is pulling the club still a bit and forcing the left to turn over right as yuo start the backswing. I dunno maybe this goes into the interne Limbo, maybe some observation from outside might help. Anyway great content!! Keep it up
