The 1975 didnt write this. the first group to sing this was an rnb group called Shai in the early 90s.

See I'm a fan of The 1975 and I have been since march and I just found out that they went by many different names before calling themselves what they are known as today. They have so, so many songs and different sounds that I've been discovering after hearing those said songs. I don't like this song at all tbh

it's a remix of an RnB song from the 90s they used to listen to by Shai, literally a project made in probably 20 minutes on a laptop, it's probably not gonna be their best work hahaha
