Today there are 11 months since I fractured my Talus after jumping from 4m height.
Each day there is a light pain, possible due also to the fact that I do not stop running.
After 3 months of almost 5days/week running I can definitely say that :
1. The heel pain after running is gone. What I feel now is on the lateral ligaments, especially in days when I increase the speedto under 5min/km.
2. I have learned that I shoul not afraid to make bigger steps when I run..when the foot is warmed after 1-2 km..the shock of falling on one foot is good and it strengthen the foot
3. The dorsiflexion to regain is hard..and I am prepared to do a life/death fight with it
4. Prayer and faith in God is my anchor.
