The phrase 'Right Place, Right Time' couldn't have been used better here. After visiting the Corris Railway and Model Railway Exhibition we decided to go down to Tywyn for Fish & Chips, lucky we did as when passing over the road bridge at Tywyn Wharf Station I noticed nos.2 'Dolgoch', 3 'Sir Haydn', 4 'Edward Thomas', 7 'Tom Rolt' & 9 'Alf' sat in the yard at the station. After standing around on the station for a bit no.1 'Talyllyn' arrived with a train, after clearing everyone out of the train she pushed the stock out of the way then reversed back to join the other locos. Still confused as to what was going on I overheard someone saying something about musical steam engines. As it turned out the engines were going to put on a musical performance using their whistles. Written especially for them the musical piece was called 'Poco a Poco Loco a Loco' and was being played as part of the celebrations for the 60th anniversary of the Talyllyn Railway Preservation Society.
Apologies if it's a bit shaky, it was filmed on my iPod Touch and not my camcorder, although since my camcorder's microphones hates very loud noises it wouldn't have survived all that whistling but strangely my iPod copes just fine with it.
Enjoy
