Sir, What about aspirants who are preparing for competitive exams like NEET, JEE, UPSC etc. The syllabus is vast. One has to sit dedicatedly for hours, there is no other way. students in medical college and those preparing for Civil services study 16-18 hours continuously a few months prior exams. What about them.I am myself a UPSC aspirant. Kindly make a video on How to study,how to complete the vast syllabus, what should be the daily schedule for a student and all. Thanks

Sir I am 40, my weight 118 kg, mild concentric lvh, lvdd 2, proximal lad 20% hai.aur osa hai, sir muze tazloc tro 40, prolomet xl 50, rosycap 75/20 chalu hai . Physchtric/ anxiety ki medicine chalu hai. muze loud sound tolerate nahi hota. Gadipar rahne ke bad bhi muze rasta badlna padta hai. 1 second bhi tolerate nahi kar sata. Lound sound sidhe heart par affect karta hai. Jai se ki heart weak huwa hai. Aur sudden stop ho jayega.sir pls reply

From your description, heart seems to OK. Mild LVH and LAD lesion 20% is practically seen in every second citizen of modern India. Develop a long term relation with a good psychotherapist
