That's the perfect place to be speed-running! Glad to see the car is handling better, Nick. She's plenty fast, too!

@@poorboysrc yes, not looking too bad now and you can see I didn’t post the speed but even with the “slow” motor it was quick. Someone who is good a driving is going to win this though. And that’s not me. It’s so easy for it to just get away from you with this chassis. And as soon as you get off the gas it seems to drift of track. This seems to be happening with everyone’s. Looking forward to how it pans out though.

Great job getting it sorted, Nick! Yeah, sometimes you just gotta take a step back and take it easy, fix the basic stuff and then attack it hard again... I'm looking forward to next runs, it's the 15th soon. 😉

Nice to see you get your bugs worked out. I’m totally jealous of your spot. Nice and long, and wide, and not a curb for days.

@@jack-o-trades it’s a nice spot for not hitting things. The surface isn’t the best. But the lack of things that cause sudden stops out weighs that

I wish i had a place like this somewhere close... Also, i still struggle going in a straight-ish line... I'm on the 2nd servo now and waiting for the 3rd... 1st was to slow, 2nd one just crap... 3rd one was almost 100€ but got reduced by 40%... If it does what it says in the description i'm one step closer staying on the road...

Did you replace the servo?
@thebandit1974

@@JoevsRc I replaced everything! I did the servo first. No change. Then I gave up and stripped it down, complete rebuild. No idea what was wrong but it’s ok now. Now it’s just a good/bad as Tamiya intended. So I wish I could help people and say x caused the problem but I can’t
