😆 Cheers! 🥂 On my custom paint jobs I’ll print off a white 1:1 version then color in what I’m thinking until I like the design. It helps quite a lot. Have a great week.

Thank you Teri. I need to crack on with mine, especially the painting but the effort of going up the garden, warming up the shack to do it jas stalled me. I am giving up a certain part of the hobby to concentrate on this and other parts. More about that in my next video. I look forward to your 8x4 build as I do with all your videos 👍👍

Don't judge you?..... Glenn you're an absolute legend with that glass mate!! 🍷 😂 In all fairness, it's a large project, so deserves a large drink right? Interesting video fella, you certainly have your work cut out there. An ideal winter project (providing you have somewhere warm and dry to spray!) There's a lot of challenges with such a big build, which can become stressful at times..... but this just makes the final product that much more rewarding once fully completed. Some cool painting tips there to mate...... I'm guessing the wife now knows about this purchase? If not, you may have problems keeping it a secret..... It's a bit.... Big! 😂 👍 👍 👍

Hahaha, yes she knows 😜😜 I have somewhere warm, that'll be in the next video. I already have paint on and all parts flatted down. Thats time in itself!!! Will hopefully get more paint on this weekend coming. 🤞

I have noticed that kit in particular has a ton of bits and pieces to it. It looks like you have a good handle on it all and I am sure it will look great! Have fun with it and don't stress over it too much, It is all just paint and can be stripped and done again if something doesn't work out perfect but I do understand wanting to not have to do all that!

I have changed my approach to the whole build now. I was going to hold back and wait until I could go for the sound/light unit. Not I am going to just use a Hobbywing so I can actually use it, then do the upgrade. And hopefully the paint wont need redoing 😜

@@rivierarc It may make running one or two of the wires a bit more tricky but you shouldn't have to repaint anything. Just have fun with it. the lights and sounds can wait!

Hi friend, what should I do in the ABS parts of the bodywork before the primer??? Is it okay to woo all the pieces with 1000 grit sandpaper? or you tell me?? what to do thanks 🙋♂️
@rivierarc

All I did was wash it all off to remove any oils or residue from the moulding process, then used the plastic primer. I didnt do anything else
