I've watched so many of your videos that I now find myself chanting the mantra: "Hard to get at, easy to forget" whenever I'm spraying a car body. Great video and nice to know that I'm not the only one who needs to strip the paintwork off something due to a failure.

Good work as usually sometime You face more troubles as is normal, me also, there must be hiden rule that one kit per year remind You that nohing goes easy :D "Be patient" thats right point, but from my point of view it goes with age also. I use silver base for all bright paints as yellov red and so on, never through surfacer. For white I use black base. Keep it up.

You should invest in some Testors Easy Lift Off, that stuff would take any paint off, even that stuff, with way less effort. Granted it's a little more expensive than the typical methods, but it makes removing paint so easy.

Well, isopropyl alcohol should just be clear, so I assume it was brownish red here because you have already used it to remove paint on another kit. That may be why it didn't budge the paint here.

+Martin Šípoš correct. However the resin bumpers do not play well with the IPA. It desolves one of the components in the resin. Making those parts bent and warp. Making them unusable. So i did not want to leave it in to long.

hi, nice built toyota, but your color original toyota not was good because you use grey primer, when you use white primer colour is good, and i use when i want give away old coour original for normal car brake fluid, not broke plastic, and all colour go nice away after 3-4 hours, after i must cleaning in little hot water with dishwashing for dishes to grease go away :)
