In a world before 9/11, you could railfan just about anywhere without much of a hassle. Fortunately, my father was smart enough to record a home movie (note: that is exactly what this is; a home movie, not a railfan video) during an outing when I was 7 years old. A friend of my father's who was a railfan drove us around Tampa and the Bone Valley for the day. I don't remember much of it, but here is the edited version of our catches from the trip. There's a lot of classic sights and sounds, including YN2 EMD locomotives, GP60 and SD70M locomotives in demonstrator paint, and Amtrak Phase III P40s. Again, this is not a railfan video. It is a home movie from a railfan trip that happens to have a lot of great catches. Enjoy!
