The problem with relying on metrics of long times to sell are that people can just ask too much versus "no demand". It's always a buyers market. Qualified and willing .

How do you see the rising interest rates affecting the housing market in the next few months? Are you advising your clients to act quickly or wait and see?

Hi Ari, Thank you for your inquiry. We are more resilient here in Tampa Bay. If buyers can act quickly, they can pay less now than later, since demand is still strong and supply is low. It is still a sellers market but buyers have more favorable options than before, and the market is slowing down and in some areas it is almost a balanced market .If a buyer plans to live in the property for four years at least then I would say definitively.
