This week's video is Tanghulu Macaron :)
These days, the Chinese fruit snack ‘Tanghulu’ is all the rage in Korea.
Tanghulu is made by putting fruit on a skewer and coating the outside with sugar.
Tanghulu is so popular that many creative desserts using Tanghulu are being developed in Korea.
So, I also made ‘Tanghulu Macaron’, which is a macaron with Tanghulu on top.

▶Ingredients (about 36 macarons)
[Italian meringue macaron shell]
- Paste: 249g almond powder, 249g sugar powder, 90g egg white
- Syrup: 210g sugar, 54g water
- Meringue: 90g egg white, 15g sugar
[Yogurt Butter Cream]
- 120g unsalted butter, 70g yogurt powder (for drinks), 70g heavy cream
[Tanghulu]
- Appropriate amount of sugar, appropriate amount of water, appropriate amount of fruit
