My grandfather one winter when I was about 12 was shoveling snow I went down to take the shovel from him and when he looked at me he had a icicle hanging from his nose I told him to go inside he had to be freezing he responded "it'll never be as cold as a foxhole in bastone " took quite a few years before I learned what he meant .rip sgt William Allen Carey.
