TANTANMEN RAMEN is a Japanese version ramen. It is made of spicy ground pork with a creamy made of soya milk and nutty version of soup base topped with a vegetables of your choice.This so easy to make and best serve this winter season.
INGREDIENTS:
Pork Toppings
2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
2 Tbsp Chili Oil
200 Grams Minced Pork
2 Tbsp Oytser Sauce
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Chili Paste ( optional )
Black Pepper to taste
Soup Base
1 Liter Unsweetened Soya Milk
Chicken Cubes/ Stock
Peanut Paste/ Tahini
Peanut Paste
2-3 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Chili oil
Toppings
3 Pcs Boiled Eggs
100 Grams Bok Choy
200 Monggo Sprout Grams
Spring Onions
200 Grams Ramen Noodles
Note:
1. I used hard boiled eggs. If you prefer soft/half boiled eggs you can do so.
2. You can use tahini but I prefer peanut butter for the pinoy taste and nutty taste soup base.
3. This recipe is good for 2-3 servings
