I'm glad the host was honest and said she does look too thin. I hope someone close to her can help her. If she gained even just ten pounds she would likely feel so much stronger and more alive.

NO one deserves ugly, bullying, unkind things said about them. Soc Media is a cesspool at times. Easy to sit at computer and bash, and Ms. Tara was attacked relentlessly in past and some continuing. Give her respect, celebs hurt, too. Billy asked her as a friend about her weight and I can see that, but some media has been using her issues for traffic to their site. Just because you can say something, doesn't mean you should. I wish her the best, hope she considers what Billy suggested, but it's her life and we should be kind, supportive. ➡➡ Loved you on SP F Tara, you did try and did some hard things ! Fun seeing you at JoJo's gatherings, glad it was positive !!! YAY💞💞🤗🤗

I'm sorry u lost your friend. I HOPE after her stint on Sp F she'd consider eating more, eating to bulk up some, because she was too small to take on the HARD tasks. She can bulk some, can do it. I hope she considers it. But encouragement is the way, not bullying.

Yeah people that do that weird boasting thing with food, showing off shopping and big plates they make always have issues. Normal people don’t need to show off their food? It’s a weird thing to do. people with anorexia have a fixation with food and do the same thing they’re trying to mask the fact there’s a problem but it doesn’t work because their whole life is still centered around food

@@bmwmd110 No, they are correct. I don't think you understand what 'holding someone accountable' means. Talking about someone's health or private issues publicly has nothing to do with holding them accountable. It's almost like someone is too cowardly to do it seriously one-on-one face to face with the person they "care" about.

@@_..D Making a personal struggle with an eating disorder public can play a crucial role in the recovery process through several mechanisms: Accountability: Sharing the struggle publicly creates a sense of accountability. When a person speaks openly about their eating disorder, they become more conscious of their actions and decisions. The awareness that others are aware of their struggle can motivate them to stick to their recovery plan and make healthier choices. Support System: Going public often leads to an outpouring of support from friends, family, and even strangers. This network can provide encouragement, practical advice, and emotional support, which are vital for recovery. Knowing that others care and are rooting for their success can be a powerful motivator. Reducing Shame and Stigma: Eating disorders are often accompanied by feelings of shame and guilt. By speaking out, individuals can confront and diminish these feelings. Public acknowledgment can help normalize the conversation around eating disorders, reducing stigma and making it easier for others to seek help. Encouraging Professional Help: Publicly discussing their struggle may encourage individuals to seek professional help. This could be because they feel a greater responsibility to get better or because others may suggest and support them in finding appropriate treatment. Inspiring Others: Sharing a personal journey can inspire others who are struggling with similar issues to seek help. It creates a sense of community and solidarity, showing that recovery is possible and that they are not alone in their struggles. Personal Empowerment: Owning and sharing one's story can be empowering. It can help individuals take control of their narrative and their lives, transforming them from feeling like victims of their disorder to active participants in their recovery. Education and Awareness: By going public, individuals can help raise awareness about eating disorders, educating others about the signs, symptoms, and challenges of these conditions. Increased awareness can lead to better understanding and more effective support systems in society. In summary, making a personal struggle with an eating disorder public can foster accountability, build a supportive community, reduce stigma, encourage professional help, inspire others, empower the individual, and raise awareness. These elements collectively create a stronger foundation for recovery than dealing with the disorder in isolation.

I'm about to be 45..a male.. I'll be her age in 3 years.. no way im gonna look that fragile. She looks like she's having a hard time just speaking. I use to have a huge crush on her. She has the posture and aura of someone in their 60s or 70s. I hope someone helps her soon. I'm grateful to still be in great shape in my mid 40s, i think the military instilled that in me. Health is real wealthy. I'm sure she has money wealth than me though😅😅😅, but i wouldn't want it if that's the life I'd have to live... good luck Tara if you read this.. cannabis will give you an appetite to help you eat more, i was once malnourished myself and severely underweight because of alcoholism. Now i look and feel good again thanks to cannabis. When i run into people i haven't seen in years during the peak of my alcoholism, they tell me i look so much better than i use to and that i look really good. So i understand what it means to be sick. I understand your pain. You probably will never see or read this, but i figured i would put it out into the ether for you, a kind of public prayer for you. I really wish the best for you and hope the sunlight can shine upon your face again and the cloud of depression and sickness clears to bring a sunny happy day.
