The “Taras Effect “ is what Anthony Ray Beatbox is saying about all the hype that Taras Stanin is getting! People way outside of the Beatbox community are listening to Taras & then wanting to listen to other Beatboxers too! I for one had NEVER heard of Beatboxing in all of my 57 yrs on Earth but now I love it! Great choices Ellis, this is great for you, your channel & your followers! Love always, your Canadian fan girl Susan in Toronto Canada 🇨🇦♥️💋🔥🇲🇰🙌🏼 1:44

It’s 100% definitely Enya “Boadicea” From her album, called “The Celts.” She also hums it in her version as well.

Some uploaded Taras’s music to streaming platforms and is claiming his videos and reactions to them, so if this gets hit, it’s not him.

Another good reaction! I leave here an extra-beatbox suggestion (even though I'm a beatboxer), "Carlos Paredes - Verdes Anos". The greatest master of the Portuguese guitar and one of the most important songs in Portuguese culture! Have a good day!

Coming from a linguistics background, my first reaction to that final vocal effect actually wasn’t to hear it as a form of vibrato, but rather as a form of trill. In English and most European languages we only come across very forward articulated trills, like the alveolar trill which is the classic “rolled r” sound. BUT, there are languages that use much more “throaty” trills, like the “pharyngeal trill” and “glottal trill”. I’m mentioning all of this only because I’ve listened to this track of his like a dozen times (I’m a big fan) and I’m very divided over whether that final vocal effect strikes me as more of a vibrato or more of a guttural trill, primarily because it seems like it’s produced by altering airflow rather than pitch. (Not that it matters, I’m just nerding out also 😂.) I’d be interested to know what you think. (Also, PS: I love your thoughtful / analytical reaction videos. Keep up the good work!)
