I've wanted to make this TAS for a long time. Speedrunners have really optimized this level over the years, but this game's awesome movement mechanics can really be optimized in a TAS, resulting in a time no one could ever hope to achieve.
Agent Under Fire is built on a modified id tech 3 engine, which is the engine that Quake 3: Arena uses. As a result, Agent Under Fire has many of the same movement mechanics as Quake. Bunny Hopping and Air Strafing are used in full force in this TAS, along with a few other tricks like zigzagging when the other two options are not available.
This TAS isn't perfect, but I'm really proud of it. I plan to start a full-game Agent Under Fire TAS in the near future, and this was the perfect practice I needed in preparation for that. Stay tuned!
