Mr.shady just allow me to express how impressed I feel with your teaching style . wow You are really inspring .actually it's not about the input because many teachers could do the same thing I guess but there is something particular about you as you are spreading an energy of serenity and calm that may absorb any student's anxiety . Your teaching style is just mind blowing as you are explaining things without a lot of teachers talk . I was looking for a celta preparation course as I am planning to get my celta soon and I consider myself very lucky to stumble on those precious videos of yours. Thank you for sharing

Your video is extremely useful for a new teacher like me. Thank you! As I'm still figuring this out, could you please answer this - how do I adapt TBL in a one-one class, esp in lower levels?

In this scenario, you will be the student’s partner in his/ her pair and group work.

What an excellent explanation of Task Based learning or teaching. I would focus on feedback and correcting errors (self, or peers corrections) I noticed during the task instead of language focus in the Task Cycle stage.

Thank you, that was really helpful! but how about if I want to apply the flipped classroom method in delivering a TB lesson? How would that affect the stages?

Thank you a million for this demo lesson. This is a bit challenging approach to apply and it really necessitates that sort of illustration. Could you possibly clarify whether the TBL is only devoted to language systems ( vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar and discourse)?

It can be used with speaking and writing as well my friend.

@Britishey

I guess you can use a shallow end TBL where you choose a task you know requires a specific type of structure

You can do this by being mire specific, for example give them questions to answer; like which words help you communicate this meaning, etc.
