Bro... You got the right GRILL (but your not closing it to harness it's true power). You got the "online" Omaha Steaks. You got the SAUCE. But you need to loose those damn forks, (there are better tools) and get yourself some Grill Grates. Get with the program here! Otherwise, I have no complaints... LOL

So glad you did this one. I have been seeing this stuff on several different channels. Been curious enough to almost order some as I cant find it locally. Keep up the great work!

Hi Zack, I love your videos, mate - helped me do my first cook, a Brisket that came out awesome!! What steps would you recommend for a Leg of Lamb (about 2.5 kg) with the bone in it (or do you have a video on it)? They are cheap as chips over here in Australia at the moment! Thanks!!!
@TheAmericanSmoke

There are several things you can do with it. I don’t have a video I. Leg of lamb yet. Low and slow like a pork butt or smoke to 145 or so and put a sear on it. I’ll see about getting some. Not as easy to find in the southern states. Smoke on!!!

You ruined a beautiful NY Strip. Never sauce a strip. Definitely NEVER jacquard a strip. You do that with a cheaper tougher cut like skirt steak or chuck.

I have been using W sauce for a coupe of years. Nothing like it I use it on everything and use it instead of Ketchup and as a dippind sauce. Also foe a bit of heat FireShire also Bear and Burton. They sell 64oz jugs of it on their website.
