Cocoa Cake:
• 300 g of wheat flour (2 cups)
• 5 medium eggs at room temperature
• 220 g of sugar (1 cup)
• 120 g of water (1/2 cup)
• 120 g of oil (about 1/2 cup)
• 30 g cocoa (3 tablespoons)
• 60 g boiling water (1/4 cup)
• 1 full teaspoon of baking powder
• vanilla
• salt
Mold: 20 cm x 30 cm
Round cake tin, diameter: 28 cm
Bake at 175°C for 45 - 50 minutes
Middle shelf of the oven.
Punch:
• 250 ml - 300 ml of punch: fruit juice, tea with lemon, water with sugar,
and with rum or coffee to your taste
Cream:
• 500 g of cold, good quality mascarpone
• 500 g of cold cream 38% (2 cups)
• 180 g of powdered sugar (1 cup and 2 full tablespoons)
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
A glass with a capacity of 250 ml.
