Undergraduates Andrew Doubert and Javian Ervin talk about what they learned by studying crawfish exposure to lithium ions. Their results encourage people to think about where their food comes from and will hopefully influence people to properly dispose of lithium-ion batteries. The research was led by Joseph Kazery at Mississippi College. These studies will be presented at ACS Spring 2024 on March 20.
