Ingredients
Egg - 5 nos
Onion - 3 nos
Garlic - 1 nos
Ginger - 9 to10 nos
Green chilli - 3 to 4 nos
Curry leaves - 3 to 4 sprigsTomatoes - 2 nos
Red chilli powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 t sp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tbsp
Chicken masala - 1 tbsp
Mustard seed - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 or 2 tsp
Oil - 3 to 4 tbsp
Method
In a pan, bring the water, salt and egg to a boil.
Drain boiled eggs and put in a bowl filled with cold water .
Deshell the boiled eggs and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add turmeric powder and mix them well.
Then add a boiled egg and fry them well.
Drain well and set aside.
In the same egg frying pan, add some mustard seeds and let them cracle.
Then add chopped ginger, garlic ,green chilies, and curry leaves.
Saute them well for a few minutes.
Then add chopped onion and saute till onion become transluent
Add red chilli powder ,coriander powder ,turmeric powder and chicken masala .
saute until the raw smell of the spices completely disappears.
Then add chopped tomatoes and saute them well.
Sprinkle some salt and saute till the tomatoes become soft.
Pour some water over them and thoroughly mix them.
Add garam masala and mix them well.
Then add curry leaves and mix them well.
Add fried eggs and mix with masala.
Cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
Take the pan off the heat and set it aside.
